The Happiness Trifecta, in it’s simplest form, is the continual improvement of the 3 pillars to happiness and fulfilment, the Body, Mind, and Soul. As a result, when time and effort is placed on the 3 pillars, we will find contentment and at times, even pure joy.
At the Happiness Trifecta, we believe in not taking the easy path because that’s what most people do. Therefore, we don’t just choose the hard path, we SEEK after the hard path and reap the rewards that others forego. Essentially, we do hard things!
We take the time each day to improve mentally, physically and spiritually. We realize that over an extended period of time there is nothing we cannot achieve. With this mindset, there is no goal too lofty and no challenge too difficult.
The key to the Happiness Trifecta mentality is realizing that we, as humans, vastly OVERestimate what we can do in the short-term and UNDERestimate what we can do in the long-term. The Hap-Tri way is not an easy, quick fix, do-it-one-day type of philosophy, it’s actually the opposite. It is about the slow and steady marginal gains that will get us where we want to be over the long-term.
